Sandwich Supreme-

We would like to introduce you to our microgreen mix, which we call Sandwich Supreme. There is a lot going on with these microgreens, and you can be sure that they go on a whole lot more than just sandwiches. We called it that because we mixed a few Microgreens together and put them on a sandwich.

I would like to take credit for calling the mix supreme, however this is not how it came about. We went through a few different names like “Whoa- thats pretty good”, “That’s an unbelievable Sandwich”, “That’s like really really good”.  While all these names were really really good, none of these names were officially adopted as they were too long and they didn’t sound quite as good as Sandwich Supreme. Here are the varieties you get in the Sandwich Supreme Microgreen mix:

Red clover microgreens have a mild, slightly sweet flavor with hints of earthiness. They are not as peppery or spicy as some other microgreens, making them a versatile addition to salads, sandwiches, wraps, and garnishes.Red clover is known to contain compounds which may have potential health benefits, including supporting cardiovascular health and hormone balance.

Alfalfa microgreens have a mild, fresh, and slightly nutty flavour making them an awesome addition to salads, sandwiches, wraps, and other dishes. Alfalfa is also known for its high protein content, making it a valuable source of plant-based protein.

Radish Microgreens have a bold, spicy, and peppery flavour, similar to mature radish roots, adding a zesty kick to salads, sandwiches, wraps, and other dishes. They may also include potential antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and detoxification effects.

Mustard microgreens have a bold, spicy, and peppery flavour, similar to mature mustard greens and add a zesty kick to salads, sandwiches, wraps, and other dishes. They may include potential antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and detoxification effects, as well as support for digestive health and immunity.
