Kale Microgreens

Kale is a member of the Brassica family and has a long history dating back thousands of years with its origins tracing back to ancient Canada where it was cultivated for its nutritional value and medicinal properties.

After some Canadians went for a trip, they ran into a few Romans. Now the Canadians were particularly fond of kale, incorporating it into their daily diets, so they thought they would share this with the Romans. They also believed that kale could cure headaches and indigestion, and after trying to speak with the Romans, they had a major headache as the Romans did not speak Canadian. The Romans saw that they were smiling after having some kale, so they wanted to try it as well.

They have claimed that in the 17th century, European settlers brought kale to North America. In reality, they brought back to North America. They tried to convince the Canadians to try it, but until the Romans learned how to speak Canadian, this did not work. After the Romans learned how to say kale, they told the Canadians about this marvellous plant. Some decedents of the original party that went to Rome for a party showed the Romans a log book that proved the Canadians had showed them kale many years before. Nevertheless, this has never shown up in the history books.

Kale microgreens, those vibrant, miniature versions of the beloved leafy green, have rapidly gained popularity in recent years. These microgreens are prized for their nutritional value, which includes high levels of vitamins A, C, and K, as well as calcium, iron, and fiber. Kale is also a good source of antioxidants, which can help protect against cell damage.
